Megazze offers convenient repair services for your devices with our pick-and-collect service. We offer a wide range of repair services for PC, laptop, tablets, phones and game consoles. We will travel down to your scheduled location (as per your preference) to pick up your device for your repair service. We provide fast and efficient services even same-day repair services! After receiving a quotation after you have placed your order on our website, you’ll receive a quotation and confirmation of your scheduled pick up timing/location.
The price quoted is the nett price, based on the model of your device and problem(s) indicated. It includes the replacement parts, labour and transport costs.
Upon repair services rendered, payment is made to our technicians after the service is completed up to your satisfaction.
We are using AAA top quality parts whose quality is equivalent with original parts. Only an authorized service provider by device manufacturer can claim their parts as original. The functionality and sensitivity of the parts work in similar capacity as the original parts.
Yes, we provides 30-day warranty, as shown in the quotation, for the parts replaced. The warranty covers defects not owing to subsequent physical damage by customer, and relating to the parts that have been replaced only. For full details please refer to our User Agreement.
We are available 11pm – 10pm Monday – Sunday. Our support help is available 24 hours, do drop us a mail/form and we will contact you within 24 hours!
Unlike regular repair shops where you need travel to them, we will come to your doorstep. Our operational office is at 1 Rochor Canal Road #02-32 Singapore 188504. Feel free to drop by if you’d like on the spot repair service.
No, there are no additional charges for our services. All prices quoted are nett prices.
No. The warranty provided covers for any purchased parts repaired or replaced by Megazz Electronics are warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the duration of the warranty period. This limited, non-transferrable warranty is provided exclusively to the customer who commissioned the repair and whose name appears in the invoice.
The warranty does not include the following:
- Pre-repair conditions that existed before the repair
- Post-repair conditions that have been made known to and accepted by the customer
- Loss of data as a result of the repair or after the repair
- Subsequent damage to the device after the repair, including cracked screens
- Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops
- Water damage
- Tampering with internal hardware or attempted self-repair
- Software-related issues, including jailbreaking
- Known manufacturing or performance issues
- Faults not related to the original repair
Having your device submerged in water or dropped and its screen cracked may have already voided its original manufacturer warranty. Any repairs not done by an Authorized Service Provider of the original device manufacturer would also constitute voiding of the original manufacturer warranty. Our support team will advice you prior to the repair work if it is covered under warranty.

For cancellation, please inform at least 2 hours in advance. If cancellation takes place less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment or after our technician has reached the repair location, we reserve the right to charge a service fee of $30.

We currently assign two hour time frames. (i.e: 10am to 12pm means our technician must arrive between 10am to 12pm). We usually do not get our technician to arrive at an exact specific timing as our technician may be held up by her previous jobs. If you need to make a specific arrangements, please get in touch with our support team at +65 9624 7449 and we will make the arrangement for you. We are available from Monday to Sunday, 10am to 10pm. If it is an urgent event and you need to reach us outside this window timing, please email to contact@megazze.com describing your situation and we will get in touch as soon as possible.
